Around one in three Australian charities are faith-based, and this same ratio is reflected in charities globally. There are enormous challenges for these leaders whose roles combine a faith and business mission. In this book, Rev Keith Garner shares how he successfully tackled the challenges. With an introduction by Rev Tim Costello AO, this book is also a practical guide to all business leaders who seek to bring their faith to their day-to-day leadership. Keith encourages these leaders not to separate the two – faith and business – but combine them to realise success. The book comes on the eve of Keith’s retirement at the end of December 2020, after 40 years as a faith and business leader, including 15 years as CEO and Superintendent of Wesley Mission.
